Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (C-EPCs) assess the energy efficiency of non-domestic buildings such as offices, shops, warehouses and industrial units. A C-EPC rates your property from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) and is a legal requirement when selling, letting, or constructing a commercial building in the UK.
